Louisiana Confederate Soldier. Nice One-Sixth Plate Tin Type of
Confederate Soldier holding his musket. Unique, oval belt buckle
which looks like a pelican on it. This image came out of a
Louisiana estate. Extremely scare. $2,500.00. SOLD |

MAB 131: Identified Union
Soldier in Two Images. Two images of Solon Picker.
One-fourth plate ambro type "combat ready" uniform, holding large musket
with bayonet and a One-Sixth plate tin type in uniform. Pvt.
Picker was 15 when he enlisted in Company K, 34th regiment of New York
Volunteers. He mustered out of this unit on June 30, 1863 and
reenlisted in Company B, 16th New York Volunteers. Extremely scare
with two separate images of the same soldier. $3,500.00.

MAB 132:
Identified Confederate Soldier. Sixth Plate ambro type of
Lindsay Williams of Company M, 22nd North Carolina Infantry. This
company was known as the Randolph's Hornets. He wears a dark
colored frock coat with a six-button front and pants of matching color.
He holds a small pocket revolver across his chest. He died in
1864. This is a published image in "A Country Divided."
Extremely rare. $7,500.00. |

Hanging of Spy. CDV in good condition. It appears that a
Union Spy is being HUNG. One soldier holding the rope.
Soldier at back holding a pistol. Third soldier with slouch hat
observing the hanging. Extremely rare. $2,500.00. |

MAB 148:
Identified Confederate Soldier Killed at Shiloh. Vintage,
original CDV of Private Charles Ellis of the 4th Regiment, Kentucky
Cavalry. CDV is in good condition. Private Ellis is wearing
Confederate shell jacket. He was killed at the Battle of Shiloh.
No back mark. ID'd on rear. Very scarce. $1,000.00. |

MAB 149:
Identified Civil War Soldier from Missouri. One-ninth plate
ambrotype of Private Isaac C. Pierce of Company L, 3rd Provisional
Regiment of the Missouri Militia. Private is in full militia
uniform with kepi, belt and belt buckle are showing as well as feather
in his kepi. Also included are copies of pension papers when
Private Pierce applied for pension after the Civil War. Extremely
scarce. $1,000.00. |
